As the altitude increases and the air is thin, as the supercharger speed increases, the supercharging degree increases, and the diesel engine thermal load increases, which causes the cooling water temperature to rise, which also adversely affects the heat dissipation of the entire transmission system. In addition to the influence of daily temperature difference and seasonal temperature difference, the construction machinery used in the desert area is often subjected to radiant high temperature of 60e or more above the surface of the ground, causing the engine to work overheated and undercooled, and the original design capability of the chassis transmission system cooling system. It is also far from meeting the actual needs. At this time, it is necessary to recalculate the heat balance of each part, and take necessary heat dissipation measures and conduct industrial tests to ensure the reliability and service life of the whole machine.
In the choice of structural schemes, the high-efficiency air hood should be considered first, the pump speed should be increased to increase the coolant flow, and the fan speed can be increased to increase the fan's heat dissipation capacity; the inlet and outlet pipes should avoid hard bends, small radius elbows, and increase the pipe. Diameter to reduce the flow resistance in the cooling pipeline; increase the blinds in the radiator; carry out repeated experiments on the proposed improvement scheme, in order to meet the requirements of use on the basis of minimizing costs and reducing the amount of modification. Due to the low boiling point of the high-altitude air, the heat dissipation performance of the coolant is lowered, and the pressure limiting valve of the water tank on the water tank should be increased to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system. Increasing the heat sink under the conditions of the installation space is the most effective and quickest way to improve the heat dissipation capacity, but the impact of the installation space and the resulting cost increase cannot be underestimated.
